The J&K Projects Construction Corporation Ltd. A Government owned company was incorporated in 1965. It had an authorized share capital of Rs. 25.00 Lacs. and corresponding paid up capital of Rs. 10.00 Lacs. The authorized capital was raised from time to time and finally in 2007 the share capital has been raised to Rs. 10.00 Crores. The Corporation has constructed its own building complexes both in Jammu and Srinagar and has added ultramodern mechanical equipment for bridges and high-rise buildings.
